After subscribing to the standard plan you are limited to 4 designs a month.
After subscribing to the Pro Plan you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially, one at a time
Here's the scoop! Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost you a whopping $100,000 a year, not to mention the challenge of finding one available (good luck with that). Plus, you might not always have a constant stream of work to keep them busy, so you're stuck forking out money even when they're twiddling their thumbs.
But with our monthly plan, you're in the driver's seat. You can hit the pause button and resume your subscription whenever you want. That way, you're only dishing out dough when there's work that needs to be done.
Most requests are done within two days or less, but complex ones can take a bit longer.
It might come as a surprise, but RDC is actually an agency of two. This means you'll work directly with the founders. However, requests for additional add-ons like animations or custom illustrations can sometimes be provided by partner designers.
We get it – you might not have a constant stream of design work throughout the entire month. Maybe you just have one or two design requests for now. That's where putting your subscription on hold comes in handy.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. So, let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means your billing cycle will be on hold, and you'll still have 10 days of service remaining that you can use at any time in the future.
Most requests are designed using Adobe programs.
RDC offers various ways to request designs through Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly in Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even send a brief Loom video. If it can be linked or shared in Trello, it works.
No problem! We'll keep refining the design until it's exactly what you want.
For sure, there are certain design types that RDC doesn't handle. These include 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (such as medical forms), intricate packaging, and extensive print design (like magazines and books).
No problem! When you're done, feel free to pause your subscription and come back when you have more design needs. You won't waste any part of your subscription.
